As with cuffs, you’ll find many variations of chest harness ties. Some are more decorative, like the pentagram harness. Some are more functional, with more bands and frictions than the tie we’ve chosen below.
We should also mention that chest harnesses are usually divided into arms-free or arms-bound varieties. Most people new to rope are encouraged to learn arms-free versions, as adding the arms into the tie can significantly increase the risks associated with the tie.
